on the Ukrainian thing: According to this article, the protests are over the president of the country refusing to sign a trade agreement. Usually these things sound good on paper but often backfire and cause problems in the long term. Perhaps European countries have been spreading propagandha to the Ukrainian people making them riot against their gov't for doing what they might happen to know is right. Of course, I know not of these things- but as an American who knows all-too-well the nightmare of trade agreements and how they've turned cities like Detroit into nightmarish Urbex landscapes... Ukraine is already economically weak... These European trade agreements are likely to bleed them dry. In these photos you can see citizen against citizen, not just police against citizen, as I had thought originally... Gruesome as it all is, riots and all... I'd love to see this happen here in the US... we need some more dissent... People are too fucking lazy and passive here. Sorry to get all political on yr ass, but the above photos and blogs seem to suggest an opening for this here.

but, I guess it comes down to "who do you wanna trust?" The failed politics of Moscow and Russian nationalism? Or the mighty banking empire of Europe? Frankly, I don't think either are "good"... but in a cold heartless world ran by money and greed... EU has the cash.
Now, I'm not advocating the so-called "Christian Science" Monitor... barf.I love ironic juxtapositions.. but this article explains more than I could find anywhere else about WHY this is happening.

...also, according to the latest news, Ukrainians have just toppled the infamous statue of Lenin and beheaded it ;)
Now they just have to make an effigy of European imperialism and economic fascism and they'll have found that the real answer is NO answer... no easy answers... Europe's money is just a temporary fix, unfortunately... Just like was for the US as we slowly sink into debt and poverty like the rest of this god-forsaken world of endless bullshit...

Thank you very much for your review. I understand you, and I am very pleased that you have expressed the personal opinion. You know, if I describe to you the whole situation in Ukraine, then released about 15 pages of text :) Just not all happen such as in the media. To understand how things really need to go to Ukraine and see for yourself. And if all the time truncheon on the head sooner or later get tired to defend their rights and fight for their freedom! Now that makes power in Ukraine.
Well, I wish you all the best either way! Fascism is a problem across he globe, be it outright forceful fascism or economic fascism... Between Chernobyl and now and for many years before Ukraine has been through and seen nightmares the rest of the world could never know. Yet you've all stayed strong and fought hard against all odds. Out of all the former Russian states, the Ukraine, for one reason or another, has always been my favorite. I'd love to visit, see the beauty in of the vast untamed lands, take one of those infamous tours of Pripyat, climb and take photos off the lesser-known but equally enigmatic DUGA-3 and help tell the world of the struggle against police brutality and Moscow's hard-headed stupidity... I hope you all make it through this. Stay strong, Ukraine!
